SEALED SYSTEM WORK
Evaporator coils, compressors and capillary tubes, with a proper vacuum and recharge afterwards. This is the repair most companies will not quote at all.
BUILT-IN & INTEGRATED UNITS
Column refrigerators and freezers that live inside cabinetry. Pulled out, serviced and set back without marking the surround or the floor.
CONTROL BOARDS
Boards for these brands are expensive and often on backorder for weeks. Where it makes sense we repair them at component level instead of waiting for a new one.
ICE MAKERS & WATER SYSTEMS
Clear-ice makers, filters, water lines, valves and dispensers — the part of a premium fridge that fails first.
DUAL-FUEL RANGES & VENTILATION
Wolf and Viking ranges and rangetops: igniters, burners, griddles, oven control and the hood system above them.

Every reading is taken before a part is named. On these appliances a wrong part is a serious amount of money, so we test first and quote second.
If a repair stops making sense against the value of the unit, we will tell you that too.
WARRANTY
90 days on labor and up to 1 year on parts, depending on the manufacturer. If anything goes wrong with our repair, we come back at no charge.
Fewer than 5% of our repairs ever need a return visit.

Are you a factory authorized Sub-Zero servicer?
No — we are an independent repair company. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer warranty, the factory network should handle it so you are not paying for covered work. Once that warranty is up, we do the same repairs.
Which premium brands do you work on?
Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Bosch, Miele, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel and similar. All major brands, built-in or free-standing.
Can you do sealed system work?
Yes. Evaporator, compressor and capillary tube work, followed by a proper vacuum and recharge. It is the repair that decides whether a built-in fridge lives or gets replaced.
Will pulling out a built-in damage my cabinets?
It should not. Built-ins are designed to come out, and the job is about protecting the floor and the surround while it happens. That is a large part of what we are being careful about on these calls.
How long do parts take for these brands?
Common parts we carry or get within a day or two. Brand-specific sealed system and electronic parts can run longer, and we tell you the real timeline up front rather than a hopeful one.
