What our customers say
Nikita was fantastic. Punctual and professional. The issue needed a part, so he came back the next possible day, kept in touch, and took the trip charge off the repair. Answered every question without any attitude. Highly recommended!
Reached out in the morning and my Samsung dryer was fixed at 5pm the same day! Very professional, affordable and responsive. Highly recommend!
My freezer stopped working on Monday. Nikita came right after 9 on Tuesday, found a bad compressor, and arranged another specialist. Alex came back around 1pm the same day and replaced it. They send status updates by text. 100% recommended.
Happy with all aspects, from the first call to completion. The intake staff listened to understand exactly what we needed. We got an appointment quickly and our washer was fixed the next day.
Alex was very helpful and friendly. He did a thorough diagnostic of our refrigerator and fixed the issue. The schedulers at the office are professional and helpful too.
Called this company twice. Satisfied with their work and fair pricing. Don’t hesitate to call again. Thank you guys!
