Water line, drain, power and levelling, plus a full leak check and a test cycle before we leave.
RANGES & COOKTOPS
Gas or electric. Anti-tip bracket fitted, gas connections leak-tested, every burner and the oven checked.
WALL OVENS & BUILT-INS
The cabinet opening is measured first. The unit goes in square, secured and trimmed so it reads as factory-fitted.
WASHERS & DRYERS
Hoses, drain, venting and levelling. Stacked units secured with the proper stacking kit, not improvised.
OVER-THE-RANGE MICROWAVES
Mounting plate, cabinet cutout and venting — ducted outside or recirculating, whichever your kitchen is built for.
How it works: installation takes two visits. The first is a measure-up — we confirm the opening, the existing connections and which installation kit your appliance needs. The second is the install itself, with the right parts already in the van. That is why we rarely have to come back a third time for a fitting nobody checked.
ONE PRICE, AGREED BEFORE WE START
You get a single all-in figure before any work begins, with the installation kit included in it if one is needed. We never bill by the hour.
Everything is confirmed on the first visit, so the number does not move on install day.

Several appliances on the same visit cost less per unit than booking them one at a time.
Tell us everything that is going in and we will plan it as one job.

Levelled, secured, leak-tested and run through a cycle before we leave. Packaging and offcuts go with us.
If something is not right after we go, we come back and sort it.

INSTALLATION QUESTIONS
Do you install appliances I bought somewhere else?
Yes. It does not matter where the appliance came from — a big-box store, online or a local dealer.
Why does installation take two visits?
Because the fittings differ from home to home. The first visit confirms the opening, the connections and the exact installation kit needed; the second is the install, with the right parts already on hand. It is the difference between one clean job and three trips.
Do you supply the installation kit?
Yes. Which kit is needed depends on the appliance and on what is already behind it in your home, which is exactly what the first visit establishes.
Can you install a gas range or cooktop?
Yes. Gas connections are leak-tested before we leave, and the anti-tip bracket is fitted as the manufacturer requires.
Will you take the old appliance out?
We disconnect the old unit and move it out of the way for you. Hauling it off the property is arranged separately.
