What's service call and what is the price for that?

There are 3 key elements included in service call:

  1. Tech transportation
  2. Appliance diagnosis
  3. Problem solution / in most cases, finding not working element. At this step you will get recommendations and the final cost for repair.

 *IMPORTANT *

 IF you agree to work with us to the final repair, service call is free of charge. If you disagree for some reason or postpone your decision, or decide to purchase the parts yourself, the rates for the service call is as follows:                                            

89$ - standard brand

119 $ - elite brand                                        

Do you have a warehouse where you keep all the parts or I have to wait for the parts to be delivered?

There are most common parts in our warehouse, the tech will bring the necessary parts according to the information you give over the phone. He can also come back to pick something up during the first visit. But sometimes all we have is not enough, and we have to order online the necessary part. The shipping usually takes from 1 to 3 business days. 

How long does it take to investigate the problem?

Our technicians are qualified experts in the sphere, so usually it takes from 20 to 60 minutes. We can schedule the visit the next day after your call and you will get the technician located  closest to you. 

Do you offer a warranty?

Sure! 1 year for parts and 1 month for labor. In case the part is not working after our repair,  we will replace it with no charge.

Does anyone have to be at home while you're repairing?

Yes, somebody has to be home-an adult aged 18+ who is able to sign the papers will be more than enough.

Do you operate in my location?

Our services cover three counties: Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough. You can find all specific locations on Areas page.

What methods of payments are available?

Available methods of payments are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, any debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. With credit card payments we do not charge any additional convenience fee. We do not accept American express.

How about purchasing or selling appliances? New or used ones?

No way. We provide solely repair services. But we can suggest.

Can you inform me when you arrive?

Sure. First of all, we strictly keep on 1-hour window of arrival. Secondly, we use HousecallPro system – one of the most advanced and smartest business systems. It sends you cellphone text and email notifications when: 

  • the appointment is scheduled, 
  • the tech is on his route to the client (“omw” response) and 
  • when the    appointment is rescheduled as agreed by the client. 

Additionally, our specialist calls theclient prior to visit and specifies the time of arrival.

I do not know if my appliance is repairable.

We will perform the comprehensible diagnosis and make a professional conclusion if your appliance is repairable or it is better to purchase a new one. Our techs are well-trained and experience with 10-20 years relevant background in service industry. In case you decide not to proceed with our service and replace your appliance, only diagnosis fee or service call will be charged.

Can you bill me?

Unfortunately no. But we do accept checks, debit/credit cards, zelle, cash. In case you prefer cash, please make sure to have the exact amount, as our specialist might not have change.

I have the manufacturer's warranty which is still effective. Do you work with manufacturer's warrantiees?

Unfortunately, no. We do not cooperate with any insurance or manufacturer's companies. Please contact your manufacturer or appliance seller to get it covered.

Do you provide the same day repair service?

We do in case the tech has the part for your appliance. Our technicians trucks are fully equipped with all the needs, so in most cases they repair the same day, unless there are rare breakdowns where they need to order something special. They order right after/ or even during the visit, and it takes 1-5 business days to get the delivery from our suppliers.
