Our diagnostics fee is $89, but it is waived when you choose to repair with us. We believe in transparent pricing, and all work is documented at each stage. We do not charge by the hour; you only pay for the completed repair.
We schedule up to 4 hours for a visit, which includes diagnostics, part delivery from our warehouse, and the final repair. Around 60% of requests fall under this category, and the remaining 40% may take longer due to supplier's terms.
We offer a 1-YEAR warranty for parts and a month warranty for labor. If your unit requires any attention during these periods, we offer a free recall service. Our recall rate is consistently below 5%.

Nikita from Ohm Appliance Experts was fantastic. Came to take a look at a y working dishwasher issue. Was punctual and professional. Trip charge was fair. Issue could not be fixed without a part. Of course it was over a weekend so part was brought with him next possible day. He kept in contact with me and the initial trip charge was taken off the cost of the part since he was returning to repair. Nice and knowledgeable man. Answered any questions without any attitude. I’m happy with all aspects from the first call to completion of repair. The intake staff was polite, courteous and listened to understand exactly what we needed help with. Great in home service, our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to fix our washing machine the next day. I will use them again if we ever need appliance repair.

My freezer stopped working on Monday. Called the office and set an appointment for 9 10 Tue AM. Nikita appeared right after 9 with bad news about the compressor, said he had no part with him but arranged another specialist to show up in the afternoon.
